I have helped people fix their sleep issues through a personal and science-based approach by creating a supportive community and a safe space to empower you to improve your sleep.
Tom worked with Des Kelly Interiors analysing the sleep patterns of 5 elite athletes before and after receiving a new bed. The case study analysed sleep patterns and identified specific sleep issues for each person. Customized solutions and expert advice greatly improved all aspects of the athletes sleep architecture. The wearable technology used is the most accurate outside of polysomnography.
